IDA LYALL - Introduction

I have spent ten years in intensive study and training with some of the leading holistic teachers in Australia and overseas. I have received certifications in a number of cutting edge technologies and healing modalities, including Kinesiology, Mastery in Theta, Krhem-Sekhem energy system, Neuro-Linguistic Programming & Hypnotherapy.
Each modality compliments the others in working towards healing the mind, body, and spirit of the client.
My core philosophy is that the true healing of illness, dis-ease, and imbalance in life requires a holistic approach, in order to change a client’s total state of being.
My basic aim is to understand the fundamentals of human existence and the answer to the question:

Who Am I?

My vision is to ignite the inner light of people to help them awaken to their magnificence and power through individual sessions and through workshops.
My role as a facilitator of healing is to provide experience and education in self-awareness and personal growth so people can directly experience the power of the universal principles of life.

Itinerary of Events

Day 1 - Tuesday 5th April 2011
Melbourne / Sydney to Argentina
Arrival in Iguazú Argentina.
Transfer to hotel.

Day 2 - Wednesday 6th April 2011
Iguazú Falls (B, L)
After breakfast we will visit Iguaçu Falls, both the Brazilian and the Argentinean side of the biggest waterfall in the world.
In Portuguese, it is ‘Iguaçu’; in Spanish it is ‘Iguazú’ – either way, the name conjures up spectacular images of vast amounts of water cascading through virgin rainforest. Fittingly for the meeting point of the two giants of South America, Argentina and Brazil. This waterfall system is one of superlatives: made up of 275 separate falls, with up to 1,500 cubic metres of water dropping every second. ‘Iguaçu’ is situated in two UNESCO World Heritage-designated National Parks, it dwarfs Niagara Falls and it is rivalled only by Victoria Falls statistically and visually.
Undoubtedly, one of the must-see destinations in the world.
Soaking up the energy of these great forces of nature we will be surrounded by 260 degrees of waterfall, all within a spectacular jungle setting. We spend the day touring the Argentinean side of the Falls and after a great lunch we will continue our journey to the other side of the border in Brazil, where we will get close to the deafening roar of the awe-inspiring Garganta del Diablo – Devil’s Throat!
In the afternoon, after arriving at the hotel we will have our first introduction to the Self Mastery Series, Behavioural Change Level 1 workshop.

Day 3 - Thursday 7th April 2011

After breakfast we will continue with the full day workshop of Behavioural Change Level 1.
BEHAVIOURAL CHANGE Level 1 – No pre-requisite is required.
This workshop is about calming the mind and moving from outer chaos to inner calm.
It is the beginning of healing your mind, body and soul.
Learn how to stay centred and grounded no matter what your circumstances are.
Learn intuitive healing techniques that work to build greater confidence in your daily life.
Learn how to activate and action your hidden talents immediately.
In this two day workshop, step-by-step you will learn the basics techniques for lasting positive change.

Day 4 - Friday 8th April 2011
Iguaçu (B, L)
After breakfast we will continue with a full day workshop of Behavioural Change Level 1.

Day 5 - Saturday 9th April 2011
Iguaçu to Rio de Janeiro (B, L)
Flight to Rio de Janeiro and transfer to your hotel.

Day 6 - Sunday 10th April 2011
Rio de Janeiro (B,L)
After breakfast we visit the city’s most famous attraction, the Christ the Redeemer Statue, picked as the 7th wonder of the modern world. The statue is 710 metres above sea level on the Corcovado Mountain. The tour includes a panoramic trip through Rio de Janeiro, visiting the Sambodromo, Maracana and the Metropolitan Cathedral and the Museum of Fine Art, as well as the Cinelandia Square and the Municipal Theatre.
We will visit Ossos, one of the most famous beaches close to the city. Later in the afternoon we will return to the hotel.

Day 7 - Monday 11th April 2011
Rio de Janeiro (B, L)
After breakfast we will explore in a schooner the beautiful beaches of Buzios, of which there are 25 in total. Geriba is popular with surfers for its turbulent waters. For those looking for calmer water, Ferradura offers glistening blue sea and a relaxing time in the sun. Later in the afternoon we return to the hotel.

Day 8 - Tuesday 12th April 2011
Rio de Janeiro (B, L)
After breakfast we will continue the second part of our workshop.
BEHAVIOURAL CHANGE Level 2 –Pre - requisite Level 1.
The workshop is about clearing limiting beliefs, trauma and dysfunctional genetic patterns.
Connect to your inner wisdom, looking into your ancestral story of dysfunction and make transformational changes that will allow you to thrive in your life.
This program uses the steps you learnt in Level 1 and takes you further into healing yourself. This is an exciting process that can be applied to your personal relationships, study, business success, and wellness.

Day 9 - Wednesday 13th April 2011
Rio de Janeiro (B, L)
After breakfast we will continue the third part of our workshop.
BEHAVIOURAL CHANGE Level 3 –Pre - requisite Level 2
This workshop is about stopping self sabotage forever and using these skills to achieve your most intimate, personal and professional goals. Experience inner peace and deep harmony every day of your life.
This is about deep behavioural change and expansion of your mind. This is about personal empowerment and transformation in all aspects of your life. It is about generating more fulfilment and passion in everyday living.

Day 10 - Thursday 14th April 2011
Rio de Janeiro (B, L)
After breakfast we will continue the workshop until this afternoon.
Evening transfer to your flight home.

Day 11 - Friday 15th April 2011
Arrival to Sydney / Melbourne

Extension: Buenos Aires stopover: 3/2 nights...
See the symbol of Buenos Aires: the obelisk. Visit multiple squares such as Plaza de Mayo, Plaza San Martín, and Plaza Congreso. Pass through avenues such as Corrientes, Mayo and 9 de Julio among others. See the historical neighbourhoods like La Boca, San Telmo and Montserrat. Finally, the tour will show the financial and commercial areas of Buenos Aires as well as the soccer stadium, and finalize the experience with El Senhor Tango. Night program, dinner show with transfer and drinks included.
